Senior Financial Analyst

Professional Search Group (PSG) is partnering with an innovative and growing organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst . This is a highly visible role supporting executive leadership and helping drive strategic business decisions across the organization. If you're an FP&A professional who enjoys partnering with the business—not just reporting the numbers—this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact. What You'll Do Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that drive business decisions Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis Develop KPIs and present Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Corporate Development Support strategic initiatives, ad hoc analysis, and business planning Leverage ERP data to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Strong FP&A, Finance Business Partner, or Strategic Finance experience Experience owning forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities Ability to communicate effectively with executives and non-finance stakeholders Experience presenting financial results and business recommendations to leadership Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, medical device, software, or other product-based industries Background supporting multiple business units or cross-functional teams.
