Job Overview Provides office, mail, and customer service support. Key Responsibilities Process, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages Manage shipping, receiving, and delivery notifications Maintain office supplies and ensure printers/copiers are functional Assist with reception/concierge duties as needed Set up meeting rooms and support pantry/kitchen areas Perform light cleaning, maintenance, and workspace organization Respond to inquiries and build professional relationships Assist with copy/print tasks and other service requests Skills & Competencies Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Able to work independently and solve problems Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 40 lbs Able to stand, walk, bend, or sit for extended periods Other Minimal to no travel Duties may change as needed Compensation The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
