As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our online marketing strategies to elevate our brand and drive revenue. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to identify and target key demographics, improve our online presence, and boost customer engagement.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across all channels including social media, email, and paid advertisingUtilizing market research and customer insights to identify and target key demographicsCollaborating with the sales and product teams to develop and implement online promotions and sales initiativesMonitoring and analyzing website and social media analytics to track and report on campaign performance and website trafficManaging and optimizing SEO, PPC, and other digital advertising effortsCreating and managing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retentionStaying current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing effortsManaging and delegating tasks to the digital marketing team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budgetBuilding and maintaining relationships with key partners and influencers in the sports industry to enhance brand visibility and partnershipsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on sports-related industriesProven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaignsExperience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and HootsuiteStrong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital advertising techniquesExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsPassion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industryAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentJoin us and become a part of our energetic and innovative team at Performance Team Sports.inen!
