Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid) Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Product Owner to lead cross-functional AI initiatives, with a primary focus on enterprise deployment and enablement of end-user AI products such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Grok, and Gemini , along with additional AI products introduced to the enterprise.

The role will drive complex, multi-region programs from discovery through rollout, adoption, and operational handover. The Product Owner will own the product backlog and delivery roadmap while ensuring delivery quality, security, compliance, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI enablement initiatives from planning and governance through execution, hypercare, and operational handover.
• Act as Product Owner for the AI portfolio, defining and prioritizing the product backlog and translating business requirements into deliverable features.
• Balance new feature requests with security, legal, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Establish and manage integrated project plans, RAID logs, decision records, scope baselines, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate configuration, deployment, and scaling of enterprise AI products.
• Ensure AI deployments align with DLP/Purview, access management, SSO/SCIM, audit logging, and responsible-AI policies .
• Partner with platform engineering and Level 3 teams to enable automation, environment readiness, and integrations across M365, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and Azure OpenAI .
• Track operational SLAs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Lead AI solution risk assessments and design reviews.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, data privacy, regulatory, and model-usage requirements.
• Define adoption, training, communication, and enablement strategies.
• Monitor usage, performance, licensing, and cost efficiency while driving continuous improvement.
• Communicate new AI capabilities to business stakeholders while ensuring secure and compliant enablement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology project/program management experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex programs across multiple countries or regulated industries; financial services experience preferred.
• Direct experience leading enterprise deployments of AI or LLM-based products .
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and enterprise integration patterns.
• Solid knowledge of AI governance, risk, security, and compliance frameworks .
• Experience implementing controls such as DLP/Purview, audit logging, access management, and encryption.
• Experience with connectors and/or Microsoft Power Platform .
• Familiarity with automation and scripting concepts such as Python and PowerShell .
• Strong product ownership experience including backlog management, acceptance criteria, release planning, and value measurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• PMP and/or Scrum certification is an asset.
• Bilingual English/French is strongly preferred for Montreal-based stakeholders and partners.

• Operate within a follow-the-sun model across Montreal and Bengaluru.
• Provide single-product ownership while maintaining broad knowledge of the overall AI portfolio.
• Participate in structured handovers of open items and delivery activities across locations.
