We are currently seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join a well-established, high-end retail store in Fall River. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected brand known for its luxury home goods and premium customer experience.
Position OverviewThe Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and supporting daily retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to assist customers with purchases
- Maintain store presentation, including organizing shelves and merchandising displays
- Replenish inventory and ensure products are well-stocked and accessible
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.)
- Answer phone inquiries regarding store hours, products, and availability
- Support overall store operations and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- $20 per hour
- Flexible schedule (weekday and weekend availability required)
- Store hours typically 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
