Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic. Responsibilities As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, company policies, and compliance programs. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Our Practice Offers DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A staff ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients depending on location Office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care, or eligibility for licensure Any additional required certifications, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults The willingness and ability to cover the following geographical areas: 144 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06610 1888 Main St, Hartford, CT 06120 105 Myrtle St, New Britain, CT 06051 531 Elm St, New Haven, CT 06511 738 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT 06705 1070 St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01104 This Opportunity Provides Additional weekly income for traveling to various offices within your designated area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals where applicable) Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration Attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance of up to $1,000/month may be available for specific locations What We Offer A guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp-up period OR a percentage of collections No lab fees Full-time providers can participate in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, as well as Basic Life Insurance plans, covered by the organization 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage Paid holidays and time off Continuing Education reimbursements CE opportunities through the ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursements for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including ADA and/or AAPD memberships Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
