Capital Markets Portfolio Manager

Lead and build out a high-performing Portfolio Management Office (PMO) for Markets Technology. This role is responsible for establishing governance, portfolio management, delivery standards, financial oversight, and executive transparency across a complex global technology organization. This is not a traditional PMO role . We are seeking a senior leader who has successfully built delivery organizations, can influence at the executive level, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and drive accountability across highly matrixed teams. We are seeking a senior leader who has successfully built delivery organizations, can influence at the executive level, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and drive accountability across highly matrixed teams. Qualifications & Skills 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery, PMO, portfolio management, or transformation functions. Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or transforming PMO, Portfolio Management, or Delivery Office organizations. Strong executive presence with proven experience engaging senior leadership and executive steering committees. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change within complex, matrixed environments. Strong experience in financial governance, portfolio planning, investment management, and delivery oversight. Capital Markets experience is strongly preferred. Experience leading and managing global teams across multiple regions.
