Business AnalystJob Title: Business AnalystLocation: Lansing, MIDuration: 12 Months (with possible further extension)Job Description:This position mentors other staff to resolve client agency IT issues; process subject matter expert leading the development of program specifications for large, multi-agency, or enterprise projects.Review and approve identified opportunities, plans, and recommendations to gain efficiencies by reengineering business processes.Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for all IT solutions and to identify impacted business processes and determine best process and IT solution integration.Manage multiple projects with short-term timelines for several agencies. Organize data, schedule meetings amongst Telecommunication teams and prioritize.Draft and review Inter-Agency Agreements, MOUs, Subscription Agreements, Service Agreements, SoWs, et ceteraQualifications:Skills: Bachelor's Degree Organization Skills Communications Skills Experience working in a large enterprise setting Experience with multiple network platforms Experience working with multiple network lines of service Experience working within a Telecommunications environment Customer Relations Experience ChangePoint Microsoft ProjectAdditional Information:All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
