Department: Loan Operations

Location: Sacramento, CA

Responsible for supporting a range of loan servicing functions, including payment processing, escrow administration, and insurance and tax tracking. This role focuses on maintaining accurate loan accounts, providing timely customer support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Research payment activity and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate loan balances
• Update and maintain loan accounts, including processing corrections and system changes
• Administer escrow accounts, including setup, analysis, and ongoing maintenance
• Monitor insurance and tax requirements to ensure compliance and appropriate coverage
• Process loan payoffs, including calculations and final reconciliation
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries with accurate and timely information
• Generate and distribute borrower statements, notices, and required communications
• Ensure all activities adhere to applicable federal/state regulations and internal policies
• Support tax and insurance processes, including issue resolution and follow-up
• Assist with additional operational tasks and departmental support as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with loan processing systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office
• Foundational knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory requirements
• Preferred: Experience in banking, financial services, mortgage servicing, or administrative/operations support

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
