Why join us Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Annual performance reviews Professional growth and advancement opportunities Supportive in-house therapy leadership Collaborative interdisciplinary environment Opportunity to build meaningful long-term relationships with residents and families Job Details What You’ll Be Doing Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional abilities Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance work, transfer training, and functional mobility treatment Help residents recover following illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization Identify fall risk, weakness, and changes in functional status Educate residents, families, and caregivers Collaborate with nursing, physicians, OT, SLP, and other members of the care team Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Skills You Need Current or eligible South Carolina Physical Therapist license CPR certification Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills Ability to work with geriatric and medically complex patients Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
