This role is designed for experienced HVAC service professionals who are comfortable:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems
• Clearly explaining findings and solutions to homeowners
• Presenting options that allow customers to make informed decisions
• Performing high-quality repairs and system improvements
• Owning the job from start to finish

We focus on homeowner service and long-term solutions , not volume-driven or warranty-based work.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic ability and technical knowledge
• A track record of solid performance and customer satisfaction
• Confidence in communicating with homeowners and presenting solutions
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver's license with clean record
