Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Tonganoxie Terrace is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care and clinical support. The LPN plays an essential role in resident care, treatment delivery, and monitoring clinical status. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Schedule and Employment Type
- Part-Time Days (6AM - 6PM) | Every Other Weekend Required
- Part-Time Nights (6PM - 6AM) | Every Other Weekend Required
- BAYLOR Nights (6PM - 6AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care within the scope of practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses
- Accurately document nursing care and observations
- Communicate resident status changes to Registered Nurses and providers
- Support and guide nursing assistants during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
