General Responsibilities Preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information Assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations Conducting industry and company-specific business due diligence Creating client marketing presentations, memoranda, and deliverables Attending client meetings Drafting and collaborating on pitch presentations and associated materials Developing an understanding of the underlying trends that affect the Healthcare industry Coordinating, researching, and creating industry market research publications Assisting in the development and continued cultivation of client, prospective client, and professional advisor relationships Key Skills Strong analytical, quantitative, problem‑solving, and conceptual skills Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and writing skills Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for excellence Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programs Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience At least 1 year of investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or public accounting experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics FINRA Licenses – 63, 79, SIE Compensation & Benefits Bloomington, MN: $110,000 – $130,000 for Analyst, Mergers and AcquisitionsNew York, NY: $110,000 – $130,000 for Analyst, Mergers and Acquisitions Salary information is provided for locations where the role is based. The role also offers performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
