Sr Analyst Channel Strategy Small Format

This group of Senior Analysts is responsible for developing, analyzing, and executing channel strategies for a variety of formats, focusing on CMG, salty, and protein categories. They provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales and market share, working closely with commercial and merchandising teams to support strategic initiatives across multiple channels and customer segments.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze channel performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop actionable strategies for channel expansion and optimization.
• Support commercial planning and execution for key accounts.
• Integrate innovation into channel strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless strategy implementation.

Experience and Education:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
