What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate excavator equipment to support mining, material handling, and site production activities.
• Load, move, sort, and stockpile materials while maintaining production targets.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a clean, organized work area.

• Demonstrated ability to safely and efficiently operate excavator equipment in a production environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, attendance, and operational excellence.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections, identify issues, and communicate effectively with supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to adapt to changing operational needs and priorities.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Successful candidate must be able to meet all job-related safety and performance requirements.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Starting pay $26.50 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
