HIV/STI Prevention & Outreach Specialist

Vivent Health

Vivent Health is seeking a Specialist, Prevention to provide anonymous and confidential HIV, HCV, and STI testing, counselling, and referrals within a harm-reduction framework. You will plan CTR sites, distribute safer sex materials, and educate clients, including PrEP and housing referrals. The role involves outreach to priority populations, collaboration with teams, and documenting activities in internal systems.
