Employment Law Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney to join its growing team in Sacramento, California. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre‑litigation through trial, supporting senior attorneys and guiding clients through the legal process. Duties Handle cases from pre‑litigation to litigation. Manage pre‑suit processes and assist senior attorneys post‑suit. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports and affidavits. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from an ABA‑accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association. Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.)
