Please note that this job opportunity is only available out of our Boonville, Missouri warehouse and the successful candidate would be required to reside in Central Missouri.Why Spirit?Competitive Compensation- Starting wage of $18.00/hour$200 Fireworks Credit50% off in our Retail Showroom and Seasonal TentWhat We Are Looking ForMotivated Seasonal Inventory Specialists, possessing a robust work ethic, are needed to support warehouse staff in handling incoming products and also distribution tasks at our Boonville warehouse. These employees are directly responsible for helping us get our products into the hands of fireworks enthusiasts throughout the United States.QualificationsAt least 18 years of agePrevious warehouse experience valuedPrevious forklift or rider pallet jack experience valuedExcellent verbal communication and organizational skillsAbility to grasp new concepts by working in collaboration with warehouse personnelMust be adaptable and willing to learn and work effectively as part of a teamThis is a physically demanding position:Must be able to carry, pull, and/or lift up to 70 poundsMust be able to crouch, grasp, pull, kneel, stoop, and walk to perform certain job functionsMust be able to stand for up to 8+ hoursThe incumbent will be exposed to hazardous fireworks materialsThis position is available from the date of hire through Spirit’s 4th of July shipping season, ending on July 4th, 2026.
