Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to neonates in a Level III NICU unit.
• Administer and monitor medications and IV infusions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety regulations.
• Educate families on infant care and health practices.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years NICU nursing experience required.
• BCLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system preferred.
• Experience in high acuity neonatal care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
