Join our team as a Warehouse Worker, where you'll be responsible for efficiently picking and packing products by foot with a push cart. You'll need to accurately read labels and VIN numbers, follow directions, and work in the returns section. Your duties will include inspecting returned products for any stains, rips, or tears, and repackaging them for resale. Additionally, you will complete fulfillment orders, including receiving new merchandise, picking, packing, and shipping orders, and preparing stock for put away. Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Use RF scanners to track, manage, and update inventory in real time.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.
• Ensure system records reflect actual physical inventory levels.
• Assist with inventory projects, including transferring bins and materials between warehouse locations.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within assigned work areas.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Essential Skills

• Experience with inventory, packaging, RF scanners, material handling, and production.
• Comfortable with the use of computers and mobile technology.
• Proficient in using RF scan guns.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Capable of handling a physical workload, including moving inventory bins.

Work Environment

This role requires being on your feet all day and walking extensively. The shift times are from 12 PM (noon) to 12:30 AM. The work environment involves using modern technology and RF equipment frequently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
