Compliance Manager - Insurance

Compliance Manager Our client, a premier personal lines P&C insurance firm serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their expanding team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the firm's compliance framework. This is a high-impact position with visibility across the organization and a chance to influence the firm's ethical and regulatory posture during a period of rapid expansion. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage licensing and renewal processes across jurisdictions Monitor and respond to sanctions and regulatory developments Lead the complaint management program, ensuring timely resolution and reporting Track and assess negative news and reputational risks Maintain and enhance the firm's Code of Conduct and related compliance policies Work Environment Hybrid schedule based out of the firm's St. Petersburg, FL office Collaborative, mission-driven culture with a focus on integrity and client excellence Qualifications 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within insurance or financial services Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ethical standards Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $120,000-$140,000 Performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package Career growth opportunities within a Fortune 500-backed enterprise #J-18808-Ljbffr
