Lead and Grow with Us We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager/General Manager to lead our St. Louis facility. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to drive operational performance, lead a large team, and play a key role in NOVO’s continued growth. As General Manager, you will have full ownership of the site—from P&L performance and strategic execution to team leadership and regulatory compliance—while ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and market competitiveness Operational Excellence Lead all aspects of facility operations including production, quality, safety, maintenance, and logistics Optimize throughput, efficiency, and capacity planning Implement best-in-class processes to maximize productivity and service delivery Own full P&L responsibility for the facility Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics Leverage data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Oversee talent acquisition, training, and performance management Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, Joint Commission) Lead audits, safety initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high service satisfaction Partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 5+ years of Plant Manager/General Manager or senior operations leadership experience Experience in industrial laundry operations (tunnel systems preferred); healthcare linen experience preferred but not required Proven success managing high-volume operations (10M+ pounds annually preferred) Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen Experience with Continuous Improvement efforts Knowledge of Joint Commission, infection control, and regulatory standards Ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills What We Offer Competitive compensation package Paid holidays and generous PTO 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision coverage FSA & HSA options Life and AD&D insurance Long-term disability coverage Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding organization Why NOVO Health Services?
