Train, cross-train and develop sales staff on best practices in follow-up communication and taking care of the customer. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage daily sales activities and showroom operations. Track sales efforts, monitor progress to quotas and maintain accurate records of customer data. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
