Member Experience Specialist

Via Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Representative to provide information and service to members and potential members in a call center environment. The role focuses on delivering the highest quality member service and handling routine requests, with escalation when needed. Scheduled hours include Tue–Thu 8:15–4:30, Fri 8:15–5:00, Sat 8:15–noon; a background check and good financial standing are required.
