Team Lead - Food Manufacturing

6:30am-3:00pm, Sunday-Thursday

Pay Rate:  $25/hr-$27/hr (Based Upon Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• This is a hands-on lead role that works alongside the team.
• Lead a team of 7–8 employees, including both full-time and temporary staff.
• Provide coverage as needed for call-ins, breaks, and lunches.
• Train new hires as applicable.
• Complete and review extensive production paperwork and delegate tasks to operators.
• Possess a solid understanding of all products being cooked and sent to ovens & processing room.
• Support changeovers, assist with basic equipment troubleshooting, and ensure equipment sanitation.
• Collaborate closely with the safety and QA department to address and resolve any production-related issues.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma of GED certificate.
• 1 + years’ experience as a team leader in manufacturing facility.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience working in temperature-controlled settings.
• Experience with perishable items proven track record in safe working practices.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
