This role translates strategic guidance into data requirements, builds reporting outputs, and conducts analysis to measure progress against goals.The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to quickly convert direction into actionable reporting and insights. This role is essential in ensuring leadership has accurate, timely, and strategically aligned performance information.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of KPIs that reflect organizational strategy and priority initiatives.Translate direction into clear data requirements and reporting structures.Maintain KPI definitions, documentation, and reporting standards for consistency across teams.Build and update dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to track progress against KPIs.Analyze trends, identify potential risks or areas of underperformance, and surface insights to leadership.Perform recurring and ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making and strategic planning.Synthesize data into simple, easy‑to‑understand narratives that align with strategic goals.Ensure accuracy and completeness of data used for leadership reporting.Assist in automating or improving reporting processes for faster production cycles.The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in analytics or strategy‑focused roles, with strong skills in KPI development, performance reporting, and data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI. They can quickly translate direction into structured analysis and clear insights, supported by strong communication skills and a high level of organization and attention to detail.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, strategy, performance reporting, or KPI development roles.At least 3+ years of hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling).Demonstrated experience translating business or strategic objectives into measurable KPIs and reporting frameworks in at least 2+ organizational or enterprise-level initiatives.This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.
