In this role, you will play a key part in serving our customers by accurately preparing orders, maintaining an organized warehouse, and contributing to a strong culture of safety and teamwork.This position is ideal for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accurate work, can operate independently, and enjoy contributing to a team's success. We offer a stable Monday–Friday schedule, with opportunities for overtime.Schedule:· Monday through Friday· 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM· Possible overtime as needed· No nights beyond scheduled shift and no weekendsPrimary Duties:Steady, full?time work with a predictable schedulePaid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and Paid Sick TimeMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchParental LeaveTuition ReimbursementForklift certification and warehouse equipment trainingEmployee Referral ProgramClear paths for advancement (CDL Driver, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and more)Supportive, safety?focused team environmentSecondary Duties:Assist with receiving, stocking, and relocating inventory.Break down and recycle empty cartons.Remove debris and non-recyclables.Support inventory counts and cycle counts.Provide backup support for other warehouse team members.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:· Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with team assistance.· Ability to move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.· Professional conduct and strong work ethic.Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team· Customer service oriented; able to remain calm and effective under pressure· Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.· Basic math and measurement skills; able to read and interpret work documents.Warehouse operations knowledge preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Self-motivated with strong time-management habits.Ability to meet safety expectations and regulatory requirements.Working Conditions:Work performed in warehouse, and truck cab environments.Exposure to seasonal weather conditions.Overtime may be required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; up to 100 lbs. with team lift occasionally.
