Express Lube Technician

As an Express Lube Tech, you'll be on the front line of vehicle maintenance. Your primary focus will be performing oil changes and basic maintenance services with speed, accuracy, and a commitment to safety. You'll also assist in inspections and work with our service advisors to ensure every customer leaves happy. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and tire rotations
- Conduct multi-point inspections on vehicles
- Check and top off fluids, inspect filters, belts, and other wear items
- Assist with basic vehicle services such as battery installations and light bulb replacements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety and dealership procedures
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance preferred but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate!
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the service department
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
