CEI Contract Support Specialist

We are seeking a Contract Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and contract support services for Egis Florida Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) operations.

In this role you will serve as a critical resource supporting multiple Project Managers and contracts ensuring seamless document control records management and project coordination.

The Impact Youll Make:

• Provide contract support services in support of Lochners Florida CEI operations
• Exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to office aspects of projects
• Manage the setup and maintenance of document control and records management systems for multiple projects and Project Managers
• Support contracts for FDOT and other regional municipalities
• Work with flexibilityremote work options may be available depending on the assignment

Qualifications :

The Exertise Youll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
• 4 years of related experience in transportation construction experience with project related duties in Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) System input progress and final estimates. 
• Experience processing Construction Contract changes
• Familiarity with FDOT Procedures covering the project related duties as stated above and proficient in the computer programs necessary to perform those duties.
• Certifications: CTQP Final Estimates Level I & II
