Location: Palm Beach, FL, 33480 Start: July 2026 Compensation: $35 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday. 8 am to 4 pm. Description: Housekeeper Responsibilities General Housekeeping Duties: Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence to a high standard Daily cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all surfaces and floors Deep cleaning on a scheduled basis (baseboards, vents, appliances, etc.) Make beds, change linens, and ensure bedrooms are guest-ready at all times Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly Laundry & Wardrobe Care: Wash, dry, fold, and properly store all household laundry Organize closets, drawers, and wardrobe systems Kitchen Support & Light Cooking: Assist with light meal preparation (simple lunches,) Household Organization: Maintain an organized, clutter-free environment throughout the home Additional Duties: Care for household items, furnishings, and antiques with attention to detail Run occasional errands if requested (dry cleaning, grocery pickup, etc.) Assist with guest room preparation and turnover Work collaboratively with other household staff Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times The client is looking for a candidate who can manage home cleaning and prepare simple lunches and dinners for one adult. This is a live-out position with a wonderful senior resident of Palm Beach. Benefits After one year, you will receive two weeks of paid vacation. Any hours worked over 40 will be paid at time and a half. If you work on a federal holiday, you will also receive time and a half. There will be certain paid holidays off throughout the year, and they will let you know those dates in advance.
