Wildlife Technician

Your Responsibilities Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.” Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations. Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications. Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed. Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening. Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal. Service & Sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits. Educate customers on wildlife services, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service. Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles. Our employees give back through our Good Deeds Team and more! Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required No prior experience necessary! Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license required Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments Physical Demands / Working Environment Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
