About the Position

Job Title: Medical-Surgical Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Adult Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) Experience: Preferred but not required License: Current RN License Certifications: BCLS & ACLS required Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Experience preferred, but not required Description: To plan and provide for total patient care through the use of the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. To direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Current BCLS and ACLS certification required. Proof of immunizations and health requirements is mandatory prior to start. Criminal background check required within specified timeframe. Completion of mandatory education modules required prior to start. Full-time nights position, requiring dedication and commitment to patient care.
