This is a hybrid/full-time position in either Buffalo or Rochester, NY Salary range depends on experience: $70K-$90K What You'll Do No two days at JMS are the same. We're looking for a versatile recruiter, a true jack-of-all-trades, who can confidently recruit across multiple industries and disciplines. Our primary focus areas include manufacturing, engineering, administrative/professional, and technology positions. Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offers and placements. Recruit across a diverse range of positions, from skilled manufacturing professionals and engineers to administrative leaders and IT specialists. Build relationships with candidates that extend beyond a single opportunity. Develop creative sourcing strategies to uncover talent others overlook. Move with urgency while maintaining high standards for quality. Collaborate closely with our sales and recruiting teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Manage multiple searches, changing priorities, and competing deadlines. Take ownership of your results while contributing to the success of the entire team. What Makes JMS Different?
