Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you'll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving avoice to people's loves. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions orproduct launches. Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned. You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work. Flexible Schedule Where you will work anytime from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work.
