About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I gained firsthand experience as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and ultimately led me to agency ownership. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of four. Family is everything to me, and I genuinely love the career and team I’ve built.

Staying connected to our community is also a big priority. I’m very involved locally, especially through my children’s sports and other community activities.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
