Reports to: Senior Director, Strategy & Performance Marketing 

Team: Directly leads StudioNorth's Performance Marketing and Analytics function, including media and reporting resources, while managing external martech implementation partners.

Position Overview  

As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Performance, you will lead StudioNorth's evolution from traditional performance marketing into a fully integrated revenue marketing capability. You will oversee marketing automation, lead management, attribution, analytics, and paid media strategy while helping build new client-facing service offerings. 

This role is responsible for helping clients implement scalable marketing operations frameworks, optimizing lead lifecycles, integrating marketing technologies, and ensuring clients can connect marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes. You will partner closely with Strategy, Client Services, Analytics, and Growth teams to build a modern marketing operations practice centered on HubSpot and other martech platforms. You’ll develop and lead a staff of two. 

Marketing Operations & Automation (Primary)  

• Lead development of StudioNorth's marketing operations and revenue marketing capabilities. 
• Design and optimize lead lifecycle frameworks, nurture programs, and customer journey automation. 
• Build and manage HubSpot workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead scoring models. 
• Manage partner relationships for Marketo and digital development projects 
• Develop marketing-to-sales handoff processes and CRM integration strategies. 
• Establish data governance standards and operational best practices across client engagements. 

Analytics & Revenue Measurement  

• Guide attribution models and performance measurement frameworks. 
• Direct dashboard development, reporting standards, and executive-level insights. 
• Partner with analytics resources to connect marketing activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes. 
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. 

Client Consulting & Service Development  

• Assess client marketing technology ecosystems and identify growth opportunities. 
• Help develop and package new client-facing marketing operations and revenue marketing offerings. 
• Participate in client presentations, workshops, and strategic planning engagements. 
• Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing automation, attribution, and revenue marketing. 

Performance Marketing Oversight  

• Oversee paid media strategy across search, social, display, content syndication, CTV, and emerging channels. 
• Ensure paid media efforts are fully integrated with marketing automation and measurement frameworks. 
• Partner with media specialists to optimize campaign performance and ROI. 

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, revenue marketing, marketing automation, or performance marketing leadership.  
• Deep experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar marketing automation platforms.  
• Experience designing nurture programs, lead scoring frameworks, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle automation.  
• Strong understanding of CRM integrations, attribution modeling, and marketing measurement.  
• Experience translating marketing activity into pipeline and revenue impact.  
• Client-facing consulting and presentation experience.  
• Staff development and management experience 
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing new capabilities or service offerings.  

Preferred  

• HubSpot certifications.  
• HubSpot Enterprise implementation experience.  
• Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics integration experience.  
• RevOps experience.  
• Agency experience supporting B2B clients.
