Lead Wind Technician – Gamesa Experience (Minnesota) We’re looking for a skilled Lead Wind Technician with strong exposure to Gamesa turbine platforms to join a growing team in Minnesota. This is a direct-hire role with a stable and expanding O&M provider, financially backed by a major institution, offering both security and career growth. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, service, and maintain Gamesa turbines (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic) Perform preventive & corrective maintenance and monitor turbine performance Execute LOTO and EH&S procedures, including transformer and pad-mounted switching Lead and mentor technician crews on daily operations Manage inspections, documentation, and compliance work (Maximo or similar systems) Benefits $40/hour Direct-hire role with a stable and growing O&M provider Financially backed IPP by major financial institution Day 1 medical, dental, vision + 401(k) with company match PTO, paid holidays, paid training, and certifications On-call pay, company vehicle when needed Qualifications High School diploma or GED minimum (technical certifications a plus) Broad knowledge of turbine technologies across multiple OEMs Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise Ability to climb 300+ ft towers and work in all weather conditions Let’s connect and discuss this opportunity in more detail – View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
