Get to Know Your Team:

• Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing more than 30 specialties across 82 sites in Oklahoma, serving 21 communities.

• Serves as a proactive patient representative providing support and guidance as patients "navigate" through complex oncology care.
• Expedites patient care flow, eliminating barriers and improving the overall patient experience by connecting the patient and family with the appropriate resources.
• Serves as an educational resource and promotes awareness for the facility and community on oncology related topics.
• Provides patient support in a one-on-one or group setting.
• Under minimal supervision, provides professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Nursing or Healthcare Management
• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

• ONS Chemotherapy
• Certified Oncology Nurse Navigator
