Registered Nurse Supervisor Evening Shift Job Summary Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM As a Registered Nurse Supervisor on our evening shift at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care, you will play a vital role in leading our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our patients. With a strong nursing background and leadership skills, you will supervise a team of nurses, promote a positive work environment, and ensure seamless operations on our evening shift. Responsibilities Supervise a team of nurses on the evening shift, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to enhance their skills and patient care outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans, while maintaining open communication and resolving conflicts as needed. Review patient data and patient charts to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatments, and test results. Conduct patient assessments and participate in care planning conferences to identify and address patient needs and concerns. Maintain a safe and clean environment by ensuring compliance with infection control policies, standards, and regulations. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient care and outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction. Provide education and training to staff members on new procedures, policies, and protocols.
