Our client, a well-established and growing public accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Partner to join its leadership team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving the firm's continued growth while serving as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor on complex tax matters. Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements across multiple industries. Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and individuals. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services. Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Mentor, develop, and coach tax managers, senior associates, and staff while fostering a collaborative team culture. Partner with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, practice growth, staffing, and operational improvements. Research and interpret evolving tax laws and provide practical guidance to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with audit, advisory, and consulting professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Ensure the highest standards of technical quality, client service, and risk management. Qualifications CPA required. 12+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience. Previous experience as a Tax Partner, Principal, or Senior Tax Director/Managing Director ready to step into a partner role. Strong technical expertise in corporate, partnership, pass-through entity, and individual taxation. Experience leading and mentoring high-performing tax teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations. What You'll Receive Competitive partner compensation structure.
