In this role you will provide operational and transactional business process support for clients, ensuring quality service and operational performance in alignment with client needs and contractual requirements. Supports routine back-office activities such as data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support, and mailing preparation. Applies functional knowledge and established procedures to complete high-volume, transaction-oriented work accurately and efficiently. Solves straightforward problems using standard processes and may provide informal guidance to new team members.ResponsibilitiesProvide operational and transactional business process support for clientsPerform routine back-office tasks including data entry, order processing, application processing, and document verificationSupport accounting-related activities and prepare outgoing mailingsEnsure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of work in accordance with client requirements and service standardsProcess high-volume transactions efficiently while following established procedures and guidelinesIdentify and resolve straightforward issues using standard practices and judgmentBuild knowledge of company processes, systems, and customer requirementsCommunicate information clearly with team members and stakeholdersProvide informal guidance to new team members as neededQualificationsBachelors Degree or equivalent working experienceExperience in business process operations, back-office support, shared services, or a related field preferredKnowledge of procedures and concepts within own disciplineBasic understanding of related business functionsAbility to solve straightforward problems using standard proceduresStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage high-volume, transaction-based workEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work within established guidelines, policies, and proceduresSalary range $50,000.00- $60,000.00.
