Service Cashier/Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Service Cashier / Receptionist to join our team. This is a customer-facing role where you help create a smooth, welcoming service experience from start to finish.

Pay & Schedule

Starting at $16.50/hour + appointment bonus potential
Full-time schedule (8+ hour shifts)
Saturdays required

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers with a positive, upbeat attitude
Answer and route incoming calls
Process service repair orders and payments accurately
Follow up with customers after service visits
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
Support service advisors and leadership with admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, professional, and dependable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills; cash handling experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required
