We've partnered with a growing multi-practice law firm in San Antonio seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to join its expanding team. This opportunity offers broad exposure to sophisticated transactional matters while working directly alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. Although the practice includes estate planning, business formations, and oil & gas matters, the role is primarily focused on Texas real estate transactions . This position is ideal for an attorney looking to build a long-term transactional practice with significant client interaction and responsibility. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate commercial and residential real estate purchase agreements. Prepare deeds, leases, financing documents and closing documentation. Coordinate transactions with title companies and lenders. Handle Texas commercial and residential real estate matters from contract through closing. Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and transfer-on-death deeds. Assist with probate and estate administration. Form business entities including LLCs and corporations. Draft operating agreements, bylaws and corporate governance documents. Review oil & gas leases, mineral deeds and related agreements as needed. Conduct client consultations and independently manage transactional matters. Required Juris Doctor (JD) Active Texas Bar License 1-4 years of Texas transactional legal experience Experience Preferred Texas real estate transactions (highest priority) Commercial or residential real estate Estate Planning Probate Business formations Corporate transactional work Nice to Have Oil & Gas experience Title company experience Commercial leasing Compensation $80,000-$100,000 DOE 401(k) Medical Dental Vision PTO Paid Holidays CLE AllowanceTexas State Bar Dues Paid #J-18808-Ljbffr
