Overview The Certified Nurse Midwife helps with all aspects of patient care including diagnosis, treatments, consultations and the birthing process. Performs patient education about preventative care and prescribed treatments. Must have specialized nursing education. Job Type Full-time, Contract Responsibilities Provide patient care including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations for obstetric and related patients as a Certified Nurse Midwife. Participate in the birthing process and labor support. Educate patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and adhere to hospital/clinic policies and procedures. Qualifications Hold a valid and unrestricted state licensure as a Certified Nurse-Midwife BLS, ACLS and NRP Must be self-motivated and able to work within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the hospital/clinic English proficiency sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions #J-18808-Ljbffr
