About 12 Oaks Parking

Schedule: Part-time, 24 - 32 hours per week | Afternoon and overnight availability What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly smile and make them feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Direct guests in and around the property and provide helpful assistance when needed
- Assist guests with convenient, app-based parking payments
- Answer intercom calls and assist guests with questions or concerns
- Help manage traffic at entrances and exits and keep vehicles moving smoothly
- Step in to support your teammates and cover breaks when needed
- Help keep the parking garage clean, welcoming, and guest-ready by picking up trash and checking trash bins
- Look for opportunities to go above and beyond - from small gestures to standout moments
- Work as part of a team to keep the operation running smoothly
