About this position Straight Blast Gym Atlanta - Druid Hills is on the hunt for a high-octane, super-motivational Fitness Kickboxing Coach who's ready to throw down epic workouts and inspire our community. Compensation $25 hourly Responsibilities Lead with Energy : Conduct pulse-pounding, dynamic fitness kickboxing classes that not only challenge but also electrify our members. Coach with Precision : Ensure everyone, from novices to seasoned kickboxers, nails the techniques and stays safe. Create Vibes : Foster an upbeat environment where high-fives and progress are part of the daily routine. Customize Challenges : Tailor sessions to fit a range of abilities, ensuring everyone leaves feeling victorious. Goal Getter : Set and smash fitness milestones with members, inspiring them to keep raising the bar. Community Cultivator : Build lasting bonds with members, turning workouts into a powerhouse of support and motivation. Stay Sharp : Keep on top of the latest in kickboxing and fitness to continually enhance our class experience. Qualifications A veritable Energizer Bunny, with experience in kickboxing or group fitness. A natural leader who talks the talk and walks the walk— aka can coach, motivate, and inspire. Certified in all the right places, or willing to be. CPR/AED ready (or ready to learn). All about pushing limits and promoting personal growth.
