Warehouse II

SUMMARY

This role is responsible for packaging and preparing outgoing shipments through coordination with internal teams, to ensure that demand is fulfilled accurately and on time, as well as receiving product on the dock.

SHIFTS: MON- FRI 7 am -3:30 pm

PAY: $19.50

DUTIES:

• Transact customer orders using the ERP system.
• Provide quality control inspections, as necessary, within the workflow.
• Pick a product for shipping, ensuring all required items are picked and ready for packaging.
• Affix packaging labels to cartons.
• Receive product, processing into the system, as well as unloading trailers.
• Take an accurate inventory count of finished goods and materials, as assigned.
• Identify and help solve problems as they arise.
• Process domestic and international shipments.
• Provide freight quotations to our internal customer service team.
• Assist with converting products into bundles, kits, and repackaging.
• Be willing and able to answer questions from newer employees and show them the proper way to perform tasks.
• Function as Order Selector with little to no supervision.
• Ability to perform Product Conversion functions without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience within the last 6 months.
• Forklift experience.
• Able to multitask and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Basic Computer skills and able to use Excel, Outlook and ERP systems with little to no training.
• Excellent record of attendance and consistency in prior work history.
• Ability to adjust work pace in response to daily production data
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to stand, move, bend throughout the shift, and lift up to 40lbs frequently.
