Job Summary and Qualifications

The Quality Management RN Coordinator will be responsible for providing organizational assistance and guidance with performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness functions. We are looking for a team member who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. If that is you, come be a part of what makes us great and apply today!

• You will be building relationships and working with physicians in regards to complaints and clinical complications.
• You will be developing and maintaining standards in conjunction with the medical staff and Administration, and shall facilitate support services to the medical staff peer review process.
• You will be involved in hospital-wide performance improvement projects.
• You will be managing and coordinating clinical and quality initiatives to ensure that quality objectives are met.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Registered Nurse license in the State of Nevada required
• Minimum three (3) years' RN clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting required
• Proven experience in building relationships and working with physicians
• Experience in managing and handling complaints and clinical complications
• Great communication skills
