Hybrid Instructional Designer: Blended Learning & Scenarios

Equifax is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to enhance the skills of our Direct-to-Consumer agents. This hybrid role allows you to remotely collaborate while working in the Atlanta office at least three days per week. Your primary responsibilities will include designing engaging training programs, collaborating with stakeholders to assess learning needs, and evaluating training effectiveness. A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience are required.
