I&C Lead / CSU Level III - Bechtel Project
Basis North America is seeking three I&C Leads / CSU Level III for day-shift commissioning work on the Bechtel project: one for ISBL Train 1, one for ISBL Train 2, and one for the OSBL Train.
The Lead will plan and coordinate I&C commissioning in an assigned area, manage daily work assignments, and work with Construction, Engineering, Operations, and client representatives. Responsibilities include reviewing test packages, overseeing loop checks and functional testing, resolving technical issues, tracking progress toward Ready for Start-Up (RFSU), and ensuring test records and handover documents are complete. The role also involves mentoring technicians and troubleshooting complex instrumentation, PLC, DCS, SIS, and communications systems.
Required experience: At least 10 years in instrumentation and controls, including commissioning, startup, and technical leadership in industrial facilities.
